Privacy Notice

LGS Capital (Lakhera Global Services) (“LGS Capital”, “we”) is an advisory firm offering M&A advisory, business fundraising, investor deal-sourcing and HNI wealth advisory. Our office is in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, India.

LGS Capital is a subsidiary of Lakhera Global Services Pvt. Ltd., whose registered office is at Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Mohali, Punjab, India.

We decide why and how your personal data is handled, which makes us the data fiduciary for it under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act.

When you send an enquiry, we collect only what the form asks for:

• Which side of the table you are on — business, investor, HNI client or other
• Your name, and your company if you give one
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you give one
• Whatever you write in the message box
• Whether you ticked the optional box asking us to keep your details on file

Separately, and automatically:

• The page you were on when you opened the form, and the website that referred you — as a path and a hostname only, never a full URL, so nothing you typed can end up in a log
• Your IP address, in a security log used to detect abuse of the form. It is kept apart from your enquiry and is never sent to any other system

We use Google Tag Manager on every page. It is the mechanism through which we run website measurement — principally Google Analytics, which tells us which pages are read, roughly where in the world readers are, and which sites and searches sent them. Where such a tool is active it sets cookies in your browser.

It measures pages, not people. We do not use it to build an advertising profile of you, we run no advertising or remarketing pixel of any kind, and nothing you type into the enquiry form is ever sent to it.

If you would rather not be counted, any browser setting or extension that blocks analytics cookies will stop it, and the website works exactly the same without it.

Please do not send us documents or confidential deal information through this form. The form does not accept attachments. If we are the right fit, we will send you a secure link once a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

• To reply to your enquiry and decide whether we are the right firm for it. You provided this voluntarily for that purpose, which is a legitimate use under section 7(a) of the DPDP Act. That is why there is no consent tickbox in front of the send button — and it also means that if you tell us you are no longer interested, we stop.
• To contact you about relevant mandates and market notes. Only if you ticked the optional box, which is consent under section 6. It is never pre-ticked and never required in order to send an enquiry.
• To keep the form from being abused. The security log exists so a public form cannot be used to send spam or to relay mail through our domain.

Your enquiry is read by the LGS Capital team. Beyond us, it is handled by these service providers and no others:

• Our hosting provider, which runs the server the form and the database sit on
• Our email provider, which delivers the notification to our own mailbox
• Cloudflare, if the anti-spam challenge is enabled on the form — it sees only the challenge, never what you wrote

Each is bound by a contract to process the data only on our instructions. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes.

We may share details of a live mandate with a specific counterparty — a buyer, a seller or an investor — but only with your knowledge and agreement, and normally only after a non-disclosure agreement is signed.

Your enquiry is stored on our own server, and our notification email is delivered to a mailbox we control. We do not transfer your data to any country the Indian government has restricted.

Deletion is automatic when the period ends — it does not depend on anyone remembering to do it.

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what we hold about you, and what we have done with it
• Correct anything that is wrong, incomplete or out of date
• Erase what we hold, where we are not required to keep it
• Stop contacting you — you can withdraw the optional consent at any time, and it is as easy to withdraw as it was to give
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapacitated

Email contact@lgscapitalgroup.com. Quote the reference number from your enquiry if you have it — it helps us find the right record without asking you for more personal data than we need.

One caveat we would rather state than bury: for a short period we are required by law to retain certain records even after an erasure request. Where that applies, we stop using the data and restrict access to it immediately, and delete it as soon as the obligation ends.

The form is served over HTTPS. Your enquiry is written to our database before we confirm it on screen, so a failure in our email or our systems cannot cause it to be lost quietly. Access to the stored data is limited to the people who need it. The form carries anti-abuse measures so it cannot be used to send mail through our domain.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, write to our grievance contact at contact@lgscapitalgroup.com. We aim to respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Our services are for businesses and adult investors. This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.

This is version 2026-09-05, effective 5 September 2026. If we change it materially we will publish a new version with a new date. The version in force when you submitted an enquiry is recorded against that enquiry, so what you were shown at the time is on record.
